He routinely undertakes Single Expert family reports, parental psychological & risk evaluations, and psychosexual evaluations in Family Law matters. He primarily practises as a single expert in family law and children's law matters, has undertaken single expert reports in over 3000 family and children's law matters across Australia and internationally. He is Director of Psychology Camberwell, specialists in psychological evaluations, reports and testimony. His focus is for families make the best decisions for the benefit of their children, and work towards the best outcomes in their family life, relationships and mental health. Dr Kennedy is a trusted expert witness in family and children's law matters and routinely relied on to give evidence to Australian Courts.
