Alexa Bailey FinlaysonAlexa Bailey Finlayson is a Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. In her work with the Psychology Camberwell team, her focus is primarily family and children’s law matters in psycho-legal assessment. She has undertaken a significant number of evaluations in family law matters, and her reports to the courts are regarded as of high quality. She completed her training in Western Australia, is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA, is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and is soon to be an endorsed Clinical Psychologist. She has a broad range of experience in clinical and forensic psychology, and psycho-legal assessments and reports. She has worked extensively in forensic contexts, including correctional contexts. She has extensive experience in psychological evaluations, in mental health, personality, parenting, cognitive assessments. She has expertise in understanding and communicating psychological issues in different contexts. She has experience in client presentations, including behavioural difficulties, mental health problems, and relationship issues. She has experience in the assessment of individuals with cognitive concerns. She has a wide range of clinical interests, and experience in various treatment modalities. She has experience in intervention with individuals in clinical and psycho-legal contexts across cultures.
